Our Garden

After trying to get a spot for our garden in this house we finally did it. I am so excited! We are going to plant tomatoes, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Carrots, Onion, Green Beans, and Potatoes. We will take pictures of the progress of our garden. We have also had a wild rabbit that has lived at our house and ate all my winter garden that I planted. Today I caught it and it is now our pet. It is a girl and the kids are deciding between the name Cocoa and Sparkle. It is actually really tame. The kids like to pet her.

YEA a garden! We still don't get to plant for another month and it actually snowed today so I guess april is when we plant around here. Can't wait, the kids are so excited to do our garden again. Didn't you guys have rabbits before?

Your garden looks awesome. We are trying our hand at gardening for the first time, but I'm not super optimistic about it. I have the black thumb that kills just about every plant I've ever tried to grow. Any advice you can send my way would be much appreciated. We are planning on growing carrots, pumpkings, tomatoes, watermelon, cantelope, corn, and cucumbers. The only thing we've planted so far is carrots because we are concerned about another frost.

Congratulations on the garden. I just started ours too. I planted a nine pack of tomatoes on Monday. I'll be lucky if 2 of them make it through the week. I can't figure out what's wrong! Good luck with your garden and let me know if you have any advice.
