it was so fun to see you guys for Thanksgiving, and soon we'll be down there where it's so much warmer! I don't know if Dusty asked permission, but we were hoping to stay with you guys in Thatcher for a couple nights while we're down. But we're getting there on your anniversary so if you don't want us staying at your house then I have another friend we can stay with. And I don't know if you were even planning on being there because you had said something about going up to the valley for your anniversary and maybe having a double date with us. We would still love to do that, but if you need a babysitter instead then we are yours!

Yeah, WW is really easy. That's why we like it so much- and a lot of mom's I know do it too b/c you can eat things you eat now and normal stuff that your family eats. All you have to do is keep track of what you eat (it's important to write it down so you are really aware) and then stay w/in your points. All the stuff you would need is on my blog- the calculator to figure out how many points something is, and the site to figure out how many points you can have each day.
It takes some time to figure out how many points each meal is at first, but after awhile you just know and you don't have to calculate anything. So it's a pretty easy diet as far as dieting goes. I tried Atkins once- and this is so much easier. I don't like cutting out a whole food group.
Anyway, I hope I've helped. Good luck! You look great by the way, I'm sure if you have any weight to loose it'd probably come off pretty easy.
